lncRNA TUG1 interacted with a variety of miRNAs to promote hepatoma cell migration, and invasion, such as miR-144 through activation of the Janus kinase 2 (JAK2)/STAT3 pathways (Jun et al. 2018b), the miR-216b-5p/DLX2 axis (Qun et al. 2020), downregulation of miR-142-3p (Chuan et al. 2018), or the miR-29c-3p/ collagen type 1 alpha 1 (COL1A1) axis (Wei et al. 2020).
