lncRNA TUG1 was highly expressed in refractory or relapsed acute myeloid leukaemia (R/R AML), and may be a potential biomarker of poor prognosis in patients with R/R AML treated with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) (CLAG) or fludarabine combined with cytarabine and G-CSF (FLAG) chemotherapy (Luo Wenfeng and Huilan 2018). Here, TUG1 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
