PhenoAgeAccel PRS was more strongly associated than BioAgeAccel PRS with liver and kidney diseases (Figure 5) and the associated biomarkers, for example, albumin, total bilirubin, creatinine, and cystatin C (Figure S7), plus COPD, hypothyroidism, type I and type II diabetes, and rheumatoid arthritis (Figure 5).
