Similarly, no difference was found for the higher-risk subgroup of with triple-negative breast cancers by intention-to-treat (n = 143, HR 0.87 (0.45–1.67), P = 0.6840) or after excluding those who received supplemental EBRT (n = 131, HR 0.84 (0.43–1.66), P = 0.6300)), or those with HER2-negative tumours which were either ER- or PR-negative by intention-to-treat (n = 317, HR 1.01 (0.60–1.69), P = 0.9730), or after excluding those who received supplemental EBRT (n = 281, HR 1.03 (0.60–1.78), P = 0.9039). This evidence concerns the gene ERBB2 and triple-negative breast carcinoma.
