Top-ranking drugs that might be predicted to ameliorate PBC included several immunomodulators, such as ustekinumab, an anti-IL-12/23 monoclonal antibody used for psoriasis and Crohn’s disease (z = -4.757); belatacept, a CTLA-4 fusion protein used in organ transplantation (z = -4.709); and abatacept, a CTLA-4 fusion protein used for RA, juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA), and psoriatic arthritis (z = -4.603).
