The results disclosed that TUG1 silencing conspicuously reduced the expression of β-catenin, c-Myc, Bcl-2 and elevated the expression of E-cadherin in CRC cells, yet downregulation of miR-542-3p or overexpression of TRIB2 could reverse the effects (Fig. 6a and b).
