In summary, we have comprehensively identified 2097 GDTLs in the venous blood platelets of HCs vs. DKD and 462 GDTLs in platelets of CKD vs. DKD for the first time, and identified nine potential biomarkers for DKD patients: IL‐1B, CD‐38, CSF1R, PPARG, NR1H3, DDO, HDC, DPYS and CAD. The gene discussed is CD38; the disease is chronic kidney disease.
