To evaluate MYCN-targeting directly, we employed miTRAP (miRNA trapping by RNA in vitro affinity purification) using the MYCN-3’UTR as bait to identify associating miRNAs in the MYCN-amplified BE(2)-C neuroblastoma and MYCN-driven KNS42 glioblastoma cell lines [Figure 2A, (17)].
