The results from the TIMER database showed that YTHDF1 expression was significantly higher in BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), BRCA (breast invasive carcinoma), CHOL(cholangiocarcinoma), COAD (colon adenocarcinoma), ESCA(esophageal carcinoma), HNSC (head and neck cancer), KICH (kidney chromophobe), KIRP (kidney renal papillary carcinoma), LIHC (liver hepatocellular carcinoma), LUAD (lung adenocarcinoma), LUSC (lung squamous cell carcinoma), PRAD (prostate adenocarcinoma), STAD (stomach adenocarcinoma) and UCEC (uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma) than in adjacent normal tissue. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDF1 and uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma.
