The results indicated that the higher expression of RFC2 mRNA was associated with unfavorable overall survival (OS) (HR = 1.59, 95% CI: 1.12 − 2.26 and p = 0.0086), and lower expression of RFC2 (HR = 1.59, 95% CI: 1.13 − 2.24 and p = 0.0068) was associated with better disease-free survival (DFS) in patients with liver cancer. The gene discussed is RFC2; the disease is liver cancer.
