NFATc2-High tumors were statistically associated with poor overall survival in five datasets (bladder urothelial carcinoma [BLCA], liver hepatocellular carcinoma [LIHC], brain lower grade glioma [LGG], lung squamous cell carcinoma [LUSC], and uveal melanoma [UVM]; Fig. 4e, f) and poor progression-free survival (PFS) in three datasets (BLCA, LGG, and cervical squamous cell carcinoma [CESC]; Fig. 4g, h).
