Given the suggested activation of mTOR in EWSR1-NFATc2 fusion positive sarcomas, and the conservation of the primary transactivation and regulatory domains of NFATc2 in EWSR1-NFATc2 fusion, we proceeded to assess the role of NFATc2 overexpression on mTOR in a tumor agnostic fashion. Here, NFATC2 is linked to neoplasm.
