In addition to the 14 EWSR1-NFATc2 positive sarcomas, 1010 other EWSR1 fusion positive sarcomas were identified in the FMI database including 447 EWSR1-FLI1; 159 EWSR1-ATF1; 151 EWSR1-WT1; 88 EWSR1-NR4A3; 49 EWSR1–ERG; 46 EWSR1-CREB3L1; 29 EWSR1-CREB1; 15 EWSR1-CREM; 15 EWSR1-PATZ1; and 11 EWSR1-CREB3L1 positive sarcomas.
