HSPA6 and cancer: With these regards, by overexpression or knocking down of HSPA6, the inhibitory roles of cell migration and invasion by TQ were performed, and we found that TQ enhanced the inhibitory effects of cancer cell migration and invasion when HSPA6 was overexpressed; while knocking down, TQ attenuated the inhibitory effect of growth, migration and invasion of HSPA6-promoted, thus demonstrating a partially dependent manner through HSPA6 by TQ.
