Clinical features of CRC were shown in Table 2 and nearly most of clinical symptoms are significant for CRC patients versus pathological and normal control groups; Hematological and biochemical tests of CRC patients versus pathological and normal control groups were almost insignificant except for GP73 and CEA levels are significant as shown in Tables 3 and 4 showed positive significant correlation between GP73 and CEA and no significant correlation with different other parameters in CRC group by spearman correlation coefficient test. This evidence concerns the gene CEACAM5 and colorectal carcinoma.
