When RA patients were categorized into two groups according to DAS 28-CRP score (below 3.2 and above 3.2) in terms of the activity of the disease, no significant distinction was observed between TAS, TOS levels and ARE activity of both groups (p = 0.508, p = 0.163, and p = 0.955, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CRP and rheumatoid arthritis.
