Out of the 39 genes, we found through KEGG analysis that collagen, type XV, alpha 1 (COL15A1), Meis homeobox 1 (MEIS1), carbonyl reductase 3 (CBR3), and amine oxidase, copper containing 3 (AOC3) could be candidates involved in the development of or exacerbation of COPD. Here, CBR3 is linked to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
