In this study, we found that mice inoculated with CD73-negative B16.gp33 tumor cells (Supplementary Fig. 3) have significantly higher CD73 on CD28−CD8+ T cells than on CD28+CD8+ T cells that were isolated from the draining lymph nodes (Fig. 5a), as well as from tumor (Fig. 5b). Here, CD8A is linked to neoplasm.
