In this study, we identified several m6A regulators whose expressions were significantly different between osteosarcoma samples with and without metastasis, including METTL14, FTO, ZC3H13, KIAA1429, METTL3, WTAP, and YTHDC1 (Fig. 1), suggesting that m6A RNA modifications should be involved in the metastasis of osteosarcoma. This evidence concerns the gene YTHDC1 and osteosarcoma.
