In this way, we perform the PD-L1 and TILs expression on baseline multisite sampling tumor tissue biopsies (median 4.02, with at least 50% tumor tissue), using the same antibodies and immunohistochemical platform, following standardized and well-defined conditions, and calculating the agreement indices (Cohen’s K index) between the two pathologists (M.M. and R.R., who also went through a formal training program to evaluate CPS by the 22C3 pharmDx assay) in the evaluation of TILs and PD-L1 expression (that were very good: k = 0.82 and k = 0.87, respectively). The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is neoplasm.
