These results showed that GLA stimulated p38 MAPK phosphorylation, reversed the degradation of Keap1, and promoted Nrf2 nuclear transfer and subsequent HO-1 activation, all of which supports that GLA induces Nrf2/HO-1 activation via stimulation of p38 MAPK phosphorylation to further inhibit mast cell degranulation. Here, HMOX1 is linked to diffuse lymphatic malformation.
