Three days after co-infection, cell viability and apoptosis were evaluated by CCK-8 and flow cytometry, respectively, which showed that further miR-224-5p introduction significantly reduced cell viability, but increased cell apoptosis in CD27-AS1-overexpressed/silenced AML cells (Fig. 6d, e and Supplementary Fig. 3a–c). The gene discussed is CD27; the disease is coinfection.
