The results showed that downregulation of CD27-AS1 could increase protein expression of Bax, cleaved caspase-3, cleaved caspase-9, cleaved PARP, and cytochrome c in the cytoplasm, but reduce BCL-2 and mitochondrial cytochrome c levels in the AML cells (Fig. 4c, d).
