It was shown that the phosphorylated form of all three MAPKs (p-P38, p-JNK, and p-ERK) was enhanced in CD27-AS1 overexpressed AML cells (HL-60 and KG-1), while decreased in the AML cells with CD27-AS1 knockdown (Fig. 5a, b). Here, MAPK8 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
