The data showed that the distribution of breast cancer patients in the high expression group and the low expression group was significantly different in ER, PR, HER2, E-cadherin, and survival state (p < 0.05), but there was no significant difference in histologic grade, histologic type, tumor size, lymph node metastasis, TMN stage, subtypes, or recurrence (p > 0.05). The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is neoplasm.
