Recently, we identified a novel prognosis-associated four-gene signature comprising NOGGIN and RNA-binding protein for multiple splicing 2 (RBPMS2), cathepsin F (CTSF) and CUE domain containing 1 (CUEDC1), in resected GC using machine learning method [7] for effective stratification of 5-year survival outcomes. This evidence concerns the gene NOG and gastric cancer.
