CCAT2 and breast carcinoma: Previous studies have shown that many lncRNAs hold the capability to regulate cancerprogression by altering gene expression and binding with different types of miRNAs,such as nuclear enriched abundant transcript 1(NEAT1) in breast cancer (Pang et al., 2019), colon cancer-associatedtranscript 2 (CCAT2) in osteosarcoma (Liu J et al.,2019) and homeobox D gene cluster antisense growth-associated longnoncoding RNA (HAGLR) in esophageal cancer (Yang etal., 2019).
