Our results firmly identified the significantly increased expression of 8 novel genes at the mRNA and protein levels, including PRAME, HMGA2, ETV4, MEX3A, TM7SF2, SLC19A1, TTYH3, and NIPSNAP1, in HPV-negative cervical carcinoma cell lines compared to HPV-positive cell lines and a normal cell line. This evidence concerns the gene NIPSNAP1 and cervical carcinoma.
