As shown in Figure 1B, 17 upregulated genes specifically expressed in HPV-negative cervical cancer were identified, including preferentially expressed antigen in melanoma (PRAME), HMGA2, MT1G, SBK1, E26 transformation specificity (ETS) variant 4 (ETV4), SLC7A5, MEX3A, PLS1, TM7SF2, PYCR1, SLC19A1, RHPN1, CHD7, tweety-homologs 3 (TTYH3), HSPH1, SLC25A13, and NIPSNAP1. Here, PRAME is linked to cervical cancer.
