Furthermore, significantly higher expression of PRAME, HMGA2, ETV4, MEX3A, TM7SF2, SLC19A1, and TTYH3 was also detected in HPV-negative cervical cancer tissues, implying that these seven genes may serve as new biomarkers for HPV-negative cervical cancer and play pivotal roles in the occurrence and development of HPV-negaive cervical cancer. The gene discussed is TTYH3; the disease is cervical carcinoma.
