In conclusion, our data indicated an involvement of aberrant LINC00467 overexpression in both proliferation, migration, invasion and EMT in vitro and tumor growth and lung metastasis in vivo of breast cancer cells, and uncovered the oncogenic properties of LINC00467 was attributed to LINC00467-mediated miR-138-5p inhibition and LIN28B up-regulation. This evidence concerns the gene LIN28B and breast carcinoma.
