As shown in Figure 5J-K, overexpression of β-catenin rescued the abilities of proliferation and invasion which were impaired by KAT6A deficiency, and COP1 knockout (KO) abrogated the effects of KAT6A knockdown in the abilities of proliferation and invasion, indicating that KAT6A promotes ovarian cancer progression through acetylating COP1 and stabilizing β-catenin. Here, KAT6A is linked to ovarian cancer.
