The IC50 values of cisplatin were 2.586 μM and 4.557 μM in KAT6A-silenced SKOV3 and A2780 cells, respectively, compared with 4.390 μM and 8.550 μM in the respective control cells (Figure 6B), suggesting that KAT6A knockdown increased the sensitivity of ovarian cancer cells to platinum-based chemotherapeutics. Here, KAT6A is linked to ovarian cancer.
