CD3+ T cells, CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD68+ M cells, and CD163+ M2 cells were highly prevalent in stages IIA1, IIA2, and IIB than in stages CIS+I and III-IV (P < 0.001, P < 0.001, P < 0.002, P < 0.001, and P < 0.001, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CD68 and in situ carcinoma.
