In a recent study of 186 IDH-wild-type glioblastoma patients, consecutively treated with radiochemotherapy, the presence of FoxP3 + cells was associated with a better overall survival (p = 0.04; HR: 0.62 [95% CI: 0.4–0.98]) [25], although other studies have shown that FoxP3+ infiltrate is associated with tumour recurrence [26]. This evidence concerns the gene FOXP3 and neoplasm.
