MAPK3 and psoriasis: Our results showed that PSORI-CM02 inhibited the phosphorylation of ERK1/2, p38, and JNK1 in IL-17A-stimulated HUVECs and in mice with IMQ-induced psoriasis, which suggests that the anti-angiogenic effects of PSORI-CM02 may be related to inhibition of the MAPK pathway.
