In our study, the PCa and CSPCa were detected in 23% and 17%, 27% and 18%, 53% and 47%, 68% and 66%, 73% and 68%, and 93% and 93% of the men with serum total PSA (tPSA) in the range of ≤ 10 ng/ml, 10–20 ng/ml, 20–30 ng/ml, 30–40 ng/ml, 40–50 ng/ml, and > 50 ng/ml, respectively. The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is posterior cortical atrophy.
