From this point of view, some studies revealed several promising anti‐inflammatory agents for preventing cancer‐related cachexia,26 including non‐steroid anti‐inflammation drugs,27, 28, 29 which reduce tumor‐related inflammation and TNF‐α levels; IL‐6 antagonists, including ALD51830 and tocilizumab31, 32, 33; TNF‐α and IL‐6 dual‐targeting OHR/AVR11834; and anamorelin,35, 36 which is a ghrelin receptor agonist inhibiting pro‐inflammatory cytokines and NF‐kB.
