In breast cancer, low PRKAR1A expression in combination with high SRC expression has been shown to be associated with basal‐like and HER2‐positive breast cancer associated with poor survival,3 and in HER2‐resistant breast cancer, down‐regulation of PRKAR2A and PRKAR2B has been observed, in combination with an observed increase with PPP1R1B. 4Our findings suggest that PRKAR1B and PRKACG were associated with disease‐specific survival of the total patient cohort. This evidence concerns the gene PRKAR2A and breast carcinoma.
