Upregulated miR-135b targets the 3′UTR of CYLD, inhibits the expression of CYLD, and subsequently activates NF-κB and its downstream factors, which ultimately results in enhanced cell proliferation, migration, invasion, anti-apoptosis, and angiogenesis and confers aggressiveness of NSCLC (Fig. 8G).
