In the ranking list of recognised GO functions, we focused on protein stabilization; we reasoned that the factors related to protein stabilization, including CCT3, CCT2, HSP90AA1, HSP90AB1, PARK7, PHB, HSPD1, DSG1, FLNA, CCT8, CALR, PFN1, CCT5, HSPA1B, and HSPA1A, might contribute to PUS7 overexpression in CRC. This evidence concerns the gene PFN1 and colorectal carcinoma.
