In the present study, a prediction model was constructed using six ADME-related genes including, CYP2C9, ABCB6, ABCC5, ADH4, DHRS13, and SLCO2A1. CYP2C9, encodes a member of cytochrome P450 superfamily of enzymes, and is down-regulated in HCC tissues, and patients with low CYP2C9 expression have poor OS and disease-free survival [18,19]. Here, ADH4 is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
