MIR302B and cancer: From the cell-specific RCN, we found that ESR1 interacted with known ERGs, such as KLF4 and TSKU. Other known cancer-related genes from CGC and GAD were also significantly correlated with ESR1. In addition to these protein-coding genes, miRNAs (for example, MIR302B and MIR4426) and lncRNAs (for example, MIR181A1HG, ATP1A1OS, and LINC00094) were predicted to interact with ESR1. MiR-302 (including miR-302b) sensitizes MCF-7 cells to adriamycin and mitoxantrone (24, 25).
