GSEA showed that high CENPN expression was mainly associated with liver cancer subclass proliferation, the cell cycle, the p53 signaling pathway, the Rb1 pathway, cell cycle checkpoints, positive regulation of the G1/S phase transition, reactome SCF SKP2-mediated degradation of p27 p21, E2F targets and more correlated gene sets (P < 0.05; Figs. 7A–7H). Here, CENPN is linked to liver cancer.
