As shown in Figure 1B, in comparison to NK cells from HD, “mobilized” NK cells revealed a decrease in the expression of some genes encoding for surface receptors involved in anti-tumor activity including NKp44 and CD94, or signal transduction molecules CD3ζ, ZAP70, DAP10, DAP12, or STAT family members, or effector molecules such as IFN-γ, TNF-α and GZMB. The gene discussed is GZMB; the disease is Huntington disease.
