To determine the changes in TET1 and TET2 expression in HCC cell lines expressing different levels of miR-106b-5p, we utilized pri-miR-106b-5p or small interfering RNA (siRNA) transduction via a lentivirus to upregulate or efficiently knock down miR-106b-5p expression in Huh-7 or HCCLM3 cells, respectively.
