METTL13 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma: By performing bioinformatic analyses with transcriptome data provided by TCGA datasheet, we found that METTL13 had a great potential to participate in metabolism regulation, including glycolysis, gluconeogenesis, TCA cycle, fructose and mannose metabolism, which had been proved to be closely associated with occurrence and development of ccRCC [21–24].
