Remarkably, our six‐gene signature is in line with previous reports [13, 15, 16], wherein the high expression of NER genes (e.g., XPA and CCNH) and the low expression of HR genes (e.g., EXO1 and BRCA1) would help to identify the STS patients that benefit from trabectedin treatment. The gene discussed is CCNH; the disease is telomere syndrome.
