In a recent meta‐analysis, it was noted that the BRAF/MEK combination was associated with an increased risk of pulmonary embolism (relative risk [RR] = 4.36, confidence interval [CI] = 1.23–15.45), decreased LVEF (RR 3.72 [CI = 1.74–7.95]) and hypertension (RR 1.49 [CI = 1.12–1.98]).11 This evidence concerns the gene BRAF and hypertensive disorder.
