To investigate the biological roles of NFIB, the mRNA and protein expression of NFIB was upregulated by transfection with plasmids containing the NFIB sequence (NFIB vector) compared to the vector control (NC vector) in the LoMet-ccRCC and 786-0 cell lines (Fig. 2A).
