Ataxia Telangiectasia (AT) is a rare autosomal recessive disease caused by the ataxia telangiectasia mutated (ATM) gene1–3 encoding for the ATM protein, a large serine/threonine kinase belonging to the PI3 kinase-like kinase (PIKK) family4. Here, MARK2 is linked to ataxia telangiectasia.
