High expression levels of EPHA3 (HR = 1.95, 95% CI: 1–3.8, P = 0.048) and EPHA10 (HR = 2.43, 95% CI: 1.16–5.9, P = 0.016) and low expression of EPHA1 (HR = 0.39, 95% CI: 0.22–0.68, P < 0.001), EPHA2 (HR = 0.55, 95% CI: 0.31–0.97, P = 0.037), and EPHA5 (HR = 0.34, 95% CI: 0.16–0.77, P = 0.004) were significantly correlated with poor RFS in BrCa patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy. This evidence concerns the gene EPHA1 and invasive breast carcinoma.
