In HER2+ BrCa patients, high mRNA expression levels of EPHA1 (HR = 0.55, 95% CI: 0.37–0.8, P = 0.0019), EPHA6 (HR = 0.53, 95% CI: 0.29–0.94, P = 0.028), and EFNA5 (HR = 0.66, 95% CI: 0.45–0.97, P = 0.033) were correlated with better RFS. This evidence concerns the gene EFNA5 and invasive breast carcinoma.
