Therefore, we analyzed the coefficients of CFP and immune infiltration levels of different tumors in the TIMER to determine how tumor immune infiltration levels are related to the expression of CFP. The results showed that the expression of CFP was correlated with the infiltration level of B cells in 23 tumors, CD8+ T cells in 20 tumors, CD4+ T cells in 31 tumors, macrophages in 20 tumors, neutrophils in 25 tumors, and dendritic cells in 27 tumors respectively (Supplementary Figure 1).
