In order to extend our findings to another tumor model, we also tested the protective potential of previously-described CT26 colon carcinoma neo-epitopes15 as we did for the B16F10Muts and found that 3 of the antigens tested (CT26Mut20, CT26Mut27, and CT26Mut37) could slow tumor growth in a therapeutic setting (Fig. 6e). The gene discussed is DDX53; the disease is colon carcinoma.
