Overall, 87% of WT mice and 100% of single IFNR-deficient mice survived to the experimental endpoint (Supplementary Fig. 2a) and had similar tumor burdens in the large intestine (Supplementary Fig. 2b) with a mean tumor burden of 4.6, 4.3, and 2.3 in WT, Ifnar1−/− mice, and Ifnlr1−/− mice, respectively.
