Conversely, we found that overexpression of miR-24-3p in LR-HCC cells led to a decreased expression of BCL2L2, which could be reversed by transfection of a wild type MT1JP vector but not of a mutant MT1JP vector (Fig. S5D), which is in accordance with previous results.
