Through the analysis of immune cell infiltration in different subgroups (Figure 3D, 3E), we found that the tumor-promoting immune cell types M1 Macrophages [53], regulatory T Cells [54], activated memory CD4 T Cells [49, 55], and resting memory CD4 T Cells mainly existed in cluster 2, which might explain the reason for the worse prognosis with the cluster 2 subgroup.
