GATA2 and cancer: The gene expression analysis had revealed increases in angiogenesis-related genes in the cancer cells including endothelin-1 (EDN1), follistatin (FST), GATA-binding protein 2 (GATA2), Kruppel like factor 5 (KLF5), Platelet-Derived Growth Factor A (PDGFA), tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A (TNFRS12A), and Rho GTPase Activating Protein 22 (ARHGAP22; Supplemental Fig. S1).
